If you are a sole trader and you are going on holiday you may lose business whilst you are away.
You don’t have to take your phone with you, we can help with answering your calls as though we are your business, we can pass these calls onto the relevant people or simply take messages and email these over to you for you to deal with upon your return.
If you have a receptionist and they go off sick, on holiday or even on maternity leave and you do not have anyone else who can cover them or you simply need someone to answer your phone whilst you are at a conference or on a company outing then we can help.
We can either come to your offices and answer the phone for you, taking messages and providing you with a list of all calls received in that period, or we can use one of our strategic partners to answer the calls as though they were a part of your business.
